Every Wednesday at 11:30am in the Music Room. We are very pleased to tell you that our Fitness Group has resumed with Tony, our new trainer, and will take place EVERY Wednesday from 11.30 – 12.15 in the Music Room. Members of Friendship Club, Craft Club, and people from the wider community are all invited.
